Black Rectangle on Timecode

Hello,

Seems I can’t see the Timecode and what I get is a black rectangle where the Timecode should be showed.

Can’t understand where is the issue. Any idea?

Which window do you refer to? Could you attach a screenshot, please?

Are you on Mac or Windows? What graphic card do you use? Do you have the lates graphic card drier installed, please?
