Just tried the Blackmagic Ultra studio SDI for video output for the Nuendo 5.5 on Mac using ThunderBolt. It is working and the video is coming out good.
Tried to use the Blackmagic Ultra studio SDI as a audio input device. Nuendo sees the inputs and outputs but when audio is sent to the inputs, there is no movement on the input meters. The output is working well though.
I have put video black on the video input too because the Blackmagic Ultra studio SDI audio input will only work when there is a ref video in the video input.
I have tested Blackmagic Ultra studio SDI with FCP 7 on the same machine and the audio is coming through fine.
This seems to be a Nuendo issue.
Need advice on how to solve this problem.
