Bluetooth audio with C8 on a Mac

I have a JBL Charge 2+ Bluetooth speaker, which pairs fine with the MBP OSX 10.11.4 and regular sound comes out of the JBL. However, I can’t make Cubase 8 communicate with it. In Device Setup, either I have built in audio - where audio comes out of the speakers / headphones, or JBL Charge +, which results in no sound from anywhere. In VST Connections, you can see its mapped to no output, but none are available.

Have the same issue with another bluetooth speaker, so don’t think it’s specific to the JBL.

(And before anyone says it - I do realise this isn’t the way to monitor critically, but its handy for simple noodling).

Maybe you can create an aggregate device of the 2 and it will allow selection of the jbl as output??

That’s got it, thanks. No idea why the default drivers don’t work natively, but worked first time on my aggregate device.
