[BON-9672]Can't change Audio File Name if project has Transp

  1. Build a project containing at least an Audio Track and Transpose Track.
  2. Record some audio so you have an Audio File.
  3. Open the pool and attempt to change the name of the file.
    Result: An alert box informs you that you can’t change the name of the Audio file.

4.Click OK.
5. Remove the Transpose Track.
6. Again open the pool and attempt to change the name of the file.
Result: The name is changed.

I sometimes run into this because I have a Template with a Transpose Track in it.

Hello,

Cannot reproduce this with Cubase Pro 8.0.10 on Mac OS X
I have added the transport track, then the audio tracks, and the other way around.
I was able to change the name and the alert box did not appeared.
I also tried adding the transport track after recording and was able to change the name.

But it does happens on Windows 8.1
So it is a Windows only issue.
