I periodically get errors that the licenses( Cubase Artist 13 and Groove agent and sometimes Halion 7)are not found…or aren’t valid

Since you provide absolutely no substantial information for anyone to solve your problem, I’m not surprised you have not received any support here.
What exactly are the “errors”? Can you provide screenshots?
