Both UR28m and Ur 44

I just ordered a UR44 for live shows, and have a UR28m for my studio, and I am curious, is it possible to use both at the same time with C7.5?

To the best of my knowledge, no; it’s either, or.
I’m not sure however whether the DSPMixFX software is HW specific.
I’m considering adding a UR44 myself for Laptop recording use. I’ll be interested to hear your findings.

Thanks for the reply, I think you’re right, I’ve seen screenshots of the 44 mixer, it looks the same except it has 2 more channel strips(of course) I am expecting it tomorrow, will keep you posted. :slight_smile:

Specifically I am curious whether the DSPMixFX software is Hardware aware, i.e. If a single installation of the software will tailor itself to whichever hardware is attached, and/or depending on which driver is being used.

Brihar, I don’t think it is, I installed the ur44 tools before I plugged it in so I can’t be sure but the drivers are different because the 44 has midi. Used it on a gig today, and it sounds just like the 28 :smiley:
