No activation code recieved…
Anyone any idea how to get this
got invoice but no activation code
if you have an account with Steinberg why not just raise the issue with them…………….but don’t hold your breath it can take a while to resolve
Have you checked your spam and/or junk folders? In the USA the order confirmation email (which lists the activation code) is mailed from a different address than the one for the invoice. For me, the order confirmation email typically arrives approx (2) hours before the invoice email.
