Bought cubase elements 10 before registering in mySteinberg.
in the purchace fill form, i made a typo in the email but later i was able to create that email too , so i can access the original one and the typo one.
However now i dont have a product in any email that i registered with in mySteinberg
not with the original one
not the with the typo one (which i created later in gmail register)
neither in my Paypal email that i bought the software.
i didnt expect that this would go so wrong for me.
i have proof of purchase (paypal receipt) and the purchase form info that i used.
Any help it’d be appreciated .
