It’s not working, neither is the “feature comparison” page. 
They’re launching (have launched?) Cubase 10 today. The forum went down for an hour or two. You kinda have to expect the same from various Steinberg websites today. And here in the U.K. Dorico.com seems to be working just fine, including “Compare the Versions of Dorico: Elements & Pro | Steinberg”, which I have to assume is what the OP means by “feature comparison”.

Here in Sweden it works as well.
Clearly something must be wrong somewhere or you wouldn’t be having this problem. However, I am having no problems accessing the site in Canada, either, and suspect the problem lies elsewhere than with the particular site. Have you tried accessing it from other nearby computers belonging to friends, family or associates?
