Brand new purchase - Cubase 11 crashes on startup

Hello,
I just bought Cubase 11 Elements and installed and licensed it and it crashes on startup every time.
It’s installed on OSX 10.12.6

The forum doesnt allow me to paste the log file because of “2 links and too many charaters”

And, yes, I tried disabling the plugin button and clearing use prefs option.

What a disappointment. Just give users the option to download the latest stable version for each OSX update.
Also ,before you recommentd I contact official steinberg support, please provide a link or phone number or email address to do this. The “submit a ticket” button on their site just redirects to their homepage.

CAN I JUST DOWNLOAD A VERSION THAT WORKS WITH OSX 10.12.6 PLEASE?

Hi,
I would uninstall version 11 and try version 10 instead. From what I can see 10 should run on Sierra:

It seems like the latest versions of Cubase for Mac have been solely compiled for Catalina and Mojave. Catalina is when everything went all 64 bit:
