I’m working on a piano piece, and at some points I need to put an expression text between the staves (sempre piano, molto legato, etc.) what crashes with the barline between the staves. Is there any way to break the barline between the staves so that, the expression text wont be vertically crossed?
In engrave mode, select the expression text (you could be using staff-attached text or dinamics suffix with a hidden intesity marking for example) and in the properties panel search for “Erase background”.
