broadcast wav chunk timecode timing accuracy

What is the maximum possible plus/minus error in timing when exporting an audio file (wav) with the broadcast wav chunk turned on from one cubase project, being imported into another cubase project elsewhere? Is it plus/minus one “frame”? Or 1/2 frame?

Does it matter if the two different machines/projects are running with different frame rates, or sample rates, or anything like that? Is this accurate enough to guarantee maintaining phase accuracy between tracks, for instance? Or if not that, is it accurate enough not to mess with grooves and timing?

Are there other ways to share audio between distanced cubase users in as time-accurate a way as possible, short of exporting from the absolute beginning of the project?
