I have just bought Cubase Elements and when I download the program throught “Steinberg Downloads” the file cannot be opened. The message says that the file dowsn’t work. it’s broken.
I can’t install the program, logically.
somebody can help me?
Is this normal with the steinberg company?

I’m afraid you have to download it again.
You probably just downloaded the update, not the full installer. You must download it through Steinberg Download Assistant(an app you must install first on your computer). You can update to 10.5.12 once there also but in the Download page of Steinberg, you’ll only find the updates.
