My key USB broke , what are my options to get all my information from the USB ? Is it fixable ?

Please contact Steinberg Support to help you restore your licenses.
Run eLCC and create a “Support File”, provide that support file to Steinberg support as well.
Also, you will definitively need to purchase a new USB-eLicenser.
