BROKEN LINKS ON STEINBERG KNOWLEDGE BASE

The links are broken to the Knowledge base on mysteinberg account! I have successfully logged in twice now and everytime I follow the links to the problems I want it spits me back to the mysupport page. The links are broken, or something not working properly.

I have an eLC issue that needs resolving, I can see the exact problem reference but cannot access it. How frustrating is this!

Thanks for the help. I’ve managed to solve the eLC problem thankfully. The details are in the eLC issues posting thread I put up today.
