My UR22 mark 1 audio interface has recently developed a problem with the left audio jack input, as it was out of warranty I took the case off and discovered that the metal contact on 1 side where the jack plug connects had become dislodged and the solder connecting this to the circuit board had broken. I now only have the right audio input that works correctly.
I wonder is it worth trying to get it repaired and does Steinberg do a part exchange for a new interface at all? I also had entered the URamazing competition but I guess I was not successful in winning a new interface. If anyone can help please comment thank you.
