BUG 9.5.0: Transport state with hw controllers.

  1. Open a project where you can move the cursor with hardware controllers. CC121, Mackie Control or generic midi.
  2. Press down forward
  3. Press down rewind
  4. Release forward.
  5. Release rewind.

If you are not at the endpoint the transport goes on without any visual indication.

Expected result is that indicator and actual happing is in sync and I don’t see why
transporting should continue without any keys pressed, it should stop.

Note, this does not happend with the keyboard commands Num+ Num-.
