BUG: Arpache 5 - Quantized note from previous bar plays back in the bar after

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create an instrument track and add Arpache 5 as midi plugin.
  2. Create a note that is the full bar length (1th in 4/4).
  3. Position playback cursor the bar after.
  4. Observe how playback from the note in the previous bar starts playing.

Expected behaviour: A note that has the exact bar length, or a note that ends on the bar end in a first bar should not play back in the second bar.

Actual Behaviour: The note from the first bar plays back in the second bar.
