I’ve noticed that any changes made to Audio Settings only save when made via Studio → Studio Setup. They don’t save when made via Edit → Audio Settings or Studio → Audio Connections.
Example:
- Go to Edit → Audio Settings…
- Toggle “Release Driver when Application is in Background” (as an example) and click Okay
- Reopen the settings and observe that the change didn’t save
- Observe the same issue happens via Studio → Audio Connections → Audio Settings
- Observe the change does save correctly via Studio → Studio Setup → Audio System
