In the flow name boxes on the Setup page, you can’t enter accents (using the Alt+0NNN system). As soon as you hit Alt the input closes
When you press Alt, you’re activating the mnemonics in the menus. You should find that you can either type the accents directly into the File > Project Info dialog, or if you type the whole text including accented characters in another program, you can of course paste them in.
