BUG? Clicking on Tracks other than Chord Track expands Chord Track Vertically

Something that I bugging me is that when I click on Tracks other than Chord Track expands Chord Track Vertically that covers all project window!
I resize the Chord Track, and then click on other track, same thing happens!
Should I report this or there is a fix to this?

I am on iMac with Mojave

Hi,

Preferences > Editing > Project&MixConsole > Enlarge Selected Tracks. Make sure this is disabled.

Also it might happen, you pressed the Z Key Command: Zoom > Zoom Tracks Exclusively.
