Halion Sonic SE2 drop down instrument menus are empty, also on my Mac (10.12.4)

The Fix:

don´t work. There is no folder like: ~/Library/Preferences/VSTAudioEngine on my Mac.

If it´s posible in need an answer in German language too, if the solution is too complicated thanks!

Choose Go > Go To Folder in the Finder and paste ~/Library/Preferences into the little sheet that appears and click OK. Include the tilde (~) at the start: it won’t work if you exclude it.

Then you will find the “VSTAudioEngine” folder and you’ll be able to delete it.

The other simple way to access this hidden library is to press alt while clicking on the Go to menu and select Library (Bibliothèque in French). Then you are in ~/Library, you can open the Preferences folder and delete the VSTAudioEngine folder.
