Bug/Help Needed: Menu icons and text not appearing

Hello! Since I updated to MacOS 14 Sonoma, the menu text and icons are not appearing on the launch menu of Dorico, and icons are not appearing in the application. Screenshots below. I’ve reinstalled a few times and restarted my computer. Has anyone run into this or have a fix? Thanks!

Welcome to the forum, @nott00. Please try clearing the system font caches, which you can do using the Terminal command described here:

Thanks for the info and the quick response! Unfortunately, that didn’t do it.

Could you please open the Terminal and copy and paste the output of the following command:

ls "/Applications/Dorico 5.app/Contents/Resources/fonts"

That might give us a clue what’s going on.

Well, that’s all as expected. Unfortunately I’m running short of ideas! Could you do Help > Create Diagnostic Report and attach the resulting zip file here so I can take a look and see if anything in there looks amiss?

Dorico Diagnostics.zip (350.5 KB)

I’ve got the same issue, any luck fixing it?

Welcome to the forum, @leepryor. Could you provide a bit more information? Are you on macOS or Windows? What model of Mac are you using? What operating system version are you running?

Thank you for the response, I have a 2020 Macbook Pro, just upgraded to Sonoma 14.1.2. It now seems to have corrected itself somehow (several hours later), and seems back to normal. But earlier it looked exactly the same as the image above
