Bug in the Notes display with colored backgrounds

There seems to be an error in the Notes display: If you insert text with colored backgrounds there (via copy & paste), then switch to another song and have previously colored the text differently, these changes - at least for me - are not applied.

In general, I don’t know how to change background colors in VST Live in the Notes Editor. Should VST Live add background colors at all?

As a workaround. You can use a dedicated HTML editor to draw your notes and then import it to notes in VSTL.

I was using notepad as workaround. That helped. Hope there will be improvements in the future though regarding background colors…
