Hello everyone, on Dorico 5 and 6 during playback the background of the window flickers, in 60hz or in 120hz, is this normal or a bug
Welcome to the forum, @Brunelle_Francoise. This sounds like a bug, though a very unusual one. On some systems we have seen that when Dorico has been running for a long time and the computer is woken from sleep, the panels around the edge of the window can flicker, e.g. when moving the mouse. If this happens, you can normally solve it by closing and reopening the project window.

Yes, that’s my case, moving the mouse. With version 6 of Dorico the case is still not resolved, the Steinberg team is not serious, we have to wait for version 20 to resolve this case. I have Sibelius, no problem with it.
Please don’t let your frustration turn into petulance. A simple glance will show that the Dorico team are extremely serious and hard working.
Bugs can be difficult to fix, if they only happen under very particular circumstances, which cannot always be reproduced. Every application has some bugs. Even Sibelius! 
Perhaps you could help the team to isolate this bug by providing Diagnostic Reports (from the Help menu), when the problem occurs.

@Brunelle_Francoise, do you find that if you close and reopen the project, the problem goes away? Does the problem occur all the time, or only after the application has been running for a long time?
