In Cubase manual, p. 194, it’s written:
“The last two insert effects will not be frozen. this is because these are post-fader insert slots.”
Nice, but when I freeze a track, the plugins there do not freeze neither can be edited or disabled anymore. It can be removed and replace by another, in which case, the new plugin is fully functional.
But if I freeze and unfreeze again, the new plugin is not editable as well. Come one, it cannot be supposed to work like this, right? Because somehow it’s not frozen, like it’s written, but it remains in an ´process only´ and that makes no sense.
Does anyone confirm this behavior?
