Bug: Repeats are not possible in Dorico with multiple time signatures in different instruments

Also a while ago I started another thread about another possible bug which I’d also love to have commented:

But based on that @Zalde can replicate this I hope that it could be looked at by the developers even though it might be a small detail. For me it would definitely make a difference. What are your thoughts, @dspreadbury ?
