Bug Reproducible: Visibility Agent - Does not work for Upper Arrangement Track List

Hi,

Cubase can divide its Arrangement Track List in an upper and lower List.
Unfortunately the different options of the “Visibility Agent” do not have any effect for the Upper Arrangement Track List.
Can you please fix it?
