(EVERY TIME) When I change the size or tick ‘let windows resize’ the OPUS Interface…causes a horrible steady tone…that the only way to stop it is to close nuendo…
any ideas?
How do I report a bug…to steinberg? or east west?

Just curious. Did you try the reset command hanging off the midi menu ?
I have gotten Opus to do that (not the same way as you) and the reset handles it.
