[Bug] Rests don't appear when two instruments for same player and ...

I have one player with Oboe and English Horn. At some point, the English Horn part ends with just one note on the measure and the player gets the Oboe some measures after that. But, the rests that should fulfill the measure with one note don’t appear. The reason is that the Oboe part has an independent Time Signature, although it is the same values (see video: 2019 07 19 13 22 49 - YouTube).

Workaround: I added rests with ‘Force duration’ in the Oboe part at that measure.
