BUG SAMPLE ATTACK?

I need serious help D:

I drag the sample into the playlist and as I play the sample is not right with the original (how an attack or fade-in, but there are none of these).
(If I put a second sample attached to the first, then the second works…)

Anyone had this problem and solved it?

Is the sample places at the very beginning (1.1.1.0)? What happens, if you would shift it to 2.1.1.0?

What Audio Device (ASIO driver) do you use? Are you on Windows or Mac?
