Hi,
I’ve just noticed that there’s a bug in the hum frequency estimation routine in the Sonnox DeBuzzer. Obviously, the algorithm doesn’t consider the actual samplerate of the audio signal. Instead, 44.1kHz is always assumed. Hence, when, for example, working on a 96kHz signal containing a 60Hz hum disturbance the algorithm has to be set to
44.1 / 96 * 60Hz = 27.56Hz.
I just wanted to mention that.
Thanks and greets,
Karl
