With all the mentioned bugs on the board I was wondering what the official way is to submit and track a bug. I really hope that a random perusing of this board isn’t how they are collected.
Is there an efficient process in place to gauge impact rather than depending on posters who make the biggest stink about something that may actually be a problem with their computer configuration rather than the program?
Feedback from real users experience is the most valuable commodity a software company has going for it. I hope they are leveraging that.
