Bug: Uninstall on OSX leaves a lot of files in the system which will cause error on re-install

I did not expect this in 2025 with such a pro product:
after uninstall on OSX via the Steinberg installation manager and via putting all remaining Steinberg softwares into trash I still find a lot of Steinberg related files on my system. This is bad and should not happen, please leave the system clean after uninstall.

What makes it even more annoying: when re-installing the software with the Steinberg installation tool there will be a lot of errors because files “can not be moved” to location… of course it can not because old version is still sitting there.

This kind of thing should not happen with a professional software package, please fix, thanks!

Which files in particular, and in what location(s)?

This issue is not exclusive to OSX. Cubase leaves a lot of trash behind on Windows as well.
