The German ‘ü’ appears as ‘u¨’ in title.
Very strange. But I cannot reproduce this bug with my german version of Dorico.
Do you use the standard Academico font for the title?

I can’t reproduce it in my english version of Dorico either…
Maximilian, go into the Project Info window
delete the Umlaut ü in the Titel field
you will notice, it will take two steps for some strange reason
re-input the ü
you will be fine then
