I have a bunch of wave files with markers in them. Is it possible to bulk import all the markers from all the files into a pre-existing montage? Or must they be imported one at a time?
When you have a set of files inside montage, there is option to see markers through Ruler.
And there is option to use shortcut to import markers for Active/Selected Clip. (not for all clips)
one file at a time unfortunately, a couple of workarounds however depending on how important those markers are 1) as marker mentioned switch the ruler on so you can see those markers, or if more critical, 2) import into reaper in the same specs/gap lengths as the montage, export the marker list xml and import the marker list into the montage,
be aware if its the 2nd those markers won’t be linked to the Audio (so will slip if you ripple edit) and those currently have to be linked manually or you work from the reverse to take care of them, I don’t know if that will change in v13 that’s just been announced but it is the case in v12
