Burning CD from OLD “.cd” extension as in WL 4

I can not find a way to open and burn OLD CD projects from Wavelab 4 time frame.
It is a .cd extension

The issue is I have wavelab elements…so I saw this feature in wavelab pro ONLY…UGH
