Buy Cubase upgrade for someone else

I work with a composer whose still working on C12, which makes project interchange with Nuendo 15 difficult. I’d like to buy him a C12 to C15 upgrade. Any suggestions on how to do this?

You can simply buy the update via the Steinberg Website and then handover the Download Access Code to the composer.

The DAC is the relevant piece, not who buys the update.
