Buying Dorico in Canary Islands

Hi, I want to buy two Dorico licenses for my conservatory (Canary Islands, Spain), but it doesn’t give me the option to put the billing address, how can I solve this?

I seem to recall there is some kind of problem with buying from our online shop in the Canary Islands, but I can’t remember the details. I will contact my colleagues who are responsible for the online shop and come back to you as soon as I can.

Aha, I was able to find the answer in my emails. Our e-commerce provider AskNet has problems dealing with VAT for transactions in the Canary Islands (and a couple of other locations).
