So, as it happens, i have scattered funds on two cards.
I want to buy 10.5 Elements, and then buy upgrade to 10.5 Pro.
My question is, will i be able to purchase these two on my account from 2 different credit cards?
Also, i never placed an order but when i try to buy and go on overview / payment, it wont let me it says An account already exists with that e-mail address. Your e-mail address is already used in the system. Please choose another e-mail address or use your old account.
I would sign-in to Steinberg and then go to ‘My Account’ and see what is already registered to you - if Steinberg says you have an account then there must be something to it.
The credit card info is not logged at time of purchase for future purchases. You could use a hundred CCs if you have them.
I solved the issue with the password and email with upon trying to log in with the existing customer option, and then clicking reset password. That for some reason made it to work.
