Buying the crossgrade problems

Hi all Steinberg/Dorico ppl,
I’ve been trying to buy the cross grade from Sibelius 2 or 3 times now, within a month or two.
I’ve had no luck, I’ve cleared the browser cache as your support told me to do so.
At the moment, I’m waiting for a new validation email from your store.
NO reply yet, I think I’ve been waiting for three weeks now…
I’m OS X with High Sierra, so my Sib6 really does not work on this laptop…

I hope for you that you will access Dorico fast : it is absolutely stunning, a fantastic tool for communicating music.
