Bypass plugins on master section not fully working in audio montage

Maybe it was meant to work this way I’m not sure, Quick example, working in the audio montage, 2 tracks, There are some plugins on the master section (limiter and eq for example) but bypassed,

no plugins on the inspector, I render, The time it takes to render mimics as if the plugins were enabled and the final output is as if the master plugins were enabled,

If I disable the plugins (control click on windows ) the render takes half a second with no processing which is what I want, is there a setting so it does not process the master section while disabled ? or its just programmed that way ?

(p.s I like to add the final mastering effects in the audio editor so I bypass them while working in the montage)

Thanks

What WaveLab version? This is not the case with WaveLab 13.
It used to be the case +10 years ago (plugins were bypass-only for playback, not for rendering).

I’m using 13, AND 12, and still have 11 installed, on windows, So I figured out the issue, I was bypassing the master section which did not work, but when I choose bypass all effects it works as I wanted it to, thanks for the response, The mouse over tips had me a little confused,
