Bypass Switches for Inserts, sends, eq, Ch.Strip in the mixer

When using the MASTER bypass switches in the mixer window/zone across the top of the page, they have a light behind them that only flashes and does not remain lit when bypass is active, happened in 12 and still in 13 after mixer redesign. Also these switches are mixer window specific, I would prefer this to not be window dependant, particularly when a shortcut has been setup, It would be even better if these buttons were available in the project window too, cheers everyone,
P.S how has this passed the beta testers by,

Not sure what you mean, mine switches from blue to yellow, which is consistent with all bypass/on behaviour

The actual master switches itself not the individual indicator on every channel, they are at the top of the mixer page/zone Press the button and it flashes but does not remain lit when active/ I am on WIn11 with c13pro latest update but it was same behaviour in 12 , I will update the post to clarify, thank you

You need to understand what it does.
It toggles the bypass of certain sections that are visible (Visibility tab on left side). It doesn’t switch all channels, except all are visible.
If only 10 channels are visible, it only switches these 10 channels.

If you change the visibility settings, it will not switch the channels that are not visible, no matter which state these are in.
So the buttons don’t reflect the state of the system. And it wasn’t designed to do so.

Oh yeah those, it would be confusing if those where a on/off state button
as described above.

and it’s kinda obvious in cubase what’s going on as they work now.

Curious, as to why they flash momentarily then,

curious as to why they flash momentarily then, if they were never intended to be lit.

it’s just a feedback for knowing you have clicked it, and that it works.
