C 7.5 Mixer question

I have seen Greg do this in a you tube video where he selects several tracks and changes the routing of all selected tracks. I can’t figure out how to do that. Suggestions ?

Select the channels involved. Q-Link them (button in top right corner of mixer) and change the routing on one of the channels.
