C Artist 9 freezes key editor

Hello,

I use Cubase Artist 9. I also have a Roland JP-8000 with which I can create new sounds. I want to save these sounds through cubase. I managed to record them through the bulk dump function of the keyboard. But when I send back the data to the keyboard by playing the channel, and the marker reaches the point where the key editors are, Cubase just freezes.
Please, help me.

Does it realy freeze, or does it “just” hangs for some time. Most often, the bulk dump is a bit amount of data.

Yes, it really freezes and not only during bulk dump but during simple recording as well.
