my question is related to update from C10 Artist education to C10 Pro education.

Is this update possible?
If is possible, how much it cost and where can I do this upgrade?

Yes, this is possible. I mean, you can update from Cubase 10 Artist EDU to Cubase 10 Pro. The license changes from EDU to retail by using any update/upgrade. Just use the same upgrade, as you would use if you would have the retail (non-EDU) version, please.
