C11 Pro doesn't recognize my external audio interface

Hello
in studio setup I can’t select my external audio interface as audio system, it does not appear in the list

instead in Cubase 10.5 I don’t have any problem with my external audio interface

any help?

Hi,

What Audio Device fo you use? Did you install the driver? Does the Audio Device have an ASIO driver? Are you on Mac or Windows?

the audio interface is a Focusrite Saffire pro 24 and it perfectly works in my mac and in cubase 10.5 as well… the drivers are ok afaik

the thing is that at my first launch of C11 the audio interface was recognized but it didn’t work properly in the project I run (a 10.5 project) …
Then I restarted C11 and the saffire wasn’t in the list anymore

Hi,

Make sure Cubase has enabled Mic in the System Preferences, please.
Open macOS System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Microphone. Enable Cubase here.

Is there any Cubase file system I can cancel in order to reset this issue or have I to reinstall it?
