Former c11pro license on eLC disappeared during grace period Update to c12pro.
Can’t start 11pro anymore. Launching c12pro I get errors that content isn’t licensed.
Entering activation code of c11pro in eLC again gives error that no license to upgrade found.
Ticket 460383 opened already. Need help here please.
