C12 Bug? Spectralayers unmix vocal crash Mac

I’ve discovered that if I open spectralayers in the new extension tab in the inspector and then un-mix vocal it will crash. If I do it the old way, top menu bar , audio, extensions spectralayers it works fine.

Does anyone else experience this?

cubase 12 , mackbook pro 14 m1pro 16 ram, Rosetta

yep, same here in c12pro on mac with spectrallayers and melodyne.
both crashes c12

Has this been officially recognised as a bug?

  1. load spectralayers using the extensions menu in the left inspector.
  2. once spectralayers has analysed file, select un-mix vocal.
    crash.
