I’m glad to see Cubase has added the “export event” function, something which I really came to love in Logic. However, in the latter the exported event appears in the arrangement upon completion, whereas in Cubase I need to manually import it.
Am I overlooking something or is there a way to do that automatically in Cubase as well?
If not, consider this a feature request. Thanks.
When you are exporting, the event is saved outside the project. What is the ‘arrangement’ you are referring to?
By default it is saved in the project folder (audio sub folder).
With Arrangement I meant the project, the main window.
In Logic it literally appears on a new track under the original.
What I’m basically doing is converting MIDI parts to audio. Would be nice if the newly rendered audio event would appear right away in the project, or at least have it as an option in the export dialog box
